Had a chance to go up to Brian Head, Utah for the last few days. It got a foot of fresh snow earlier in the week, and I went snowmobiling for the first time in my life. Because it was the first time in my life, I was ill prepared (cargo pants, 1 pair of casual athletic socks, and tennis shoes). At least I love the cold. But I see snow pants and boots as a worth investment.
Appealing to my wandering nature, seeing my tracks/footprints being the first ones on the path was a pretty cool feeling (no pun intended). The scenery wasn’t bad either. I’ll definitely be headed back, probably at some point in the summer to escape the Vegas heat. I can now say that the terms “fresh powder” and “last run of the season” have a whole new meaning to me.
