Weekly Review 5/12

Yes, I know it is a few days late. So sue me. Great week, well more so because of the long weekend in Catalina that shall have a post about it later, along with being done with VFA interviews for DTP (I think). I did lose my phone to the ocean which was a bit of a bummer. But I also spent a large portion of my weekend reading (finished 5 books!), relaxing on a hammock, or hanging out by a camp fire with friends. Definitely a net win.

1) Blog consistently.
Sorta happening. Have a couple of pieces being considered.

2) Get outdoors.
Long weekend in Catalina.

3)  Continue to make my position evolve.
Three weeks until Showtime.

4)  Read more.
Weekend in Catalina was great. Read Conscious Capitalism, Decisive, Bend and Not Break, Tribal Leadership, and The Gifts of Imperfection. Reviews may or may not come at some point.

5) Stay in touch with people better.
Didn’t talk to any friends, did kind of make up for it this week though.

6) Finish up my obligations in Chapel Hill.
Sorta done. Just editing to come my way.

7) Run the half or full marathon in Las Vegas this December.
No progress (again). Maybe next week?

8) Get 7 hours of sleep a night.
Failed miserably. But I blame another really fun weekend.
